Symphony Park in downtown Las Vegas is transforming into a key neighborhood that combines arts, culture, science, and medicine. This planned district currently has only 3.5 acres of undeveloped land left. It attracts investors, entrepreneurs, and creatives, offering luxury residential towers and cultural landmarks.

One of the upcoming projects includes the AC Marriott/Element by Westin Hotel, set to open this year. This 441-room hotel will offer 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, alongside retail and restaurant facilities.

Capella will be a 22-story tower introducing 270 multi-family units to the area. Meanwhile, Bria will add 275 residential units, contributing to the urban atmosphere.

Another notable project is the Origen + Cello Tower. This development at the north end of Symphony Park will enhance downtown living and entertainment. The Cello Tower will be a 32-story residential building, while the Origen District will serve as a hub for shopping, dining, and offices, totaling over 400 new residential units.

The Las Vegas Museum of Art will soon join the neighborhood, with a 90,000-square-foot facility planned. Additionally, Derek Stevens, the owner of Circa Resort & Casino, intends to build a new hotel-casino on the northeast corner of Symphony Park.

Current residents of Symphony Park include Auric with 324 modern multi-family units and Park Haven with 290 units. The Smith Center for the Performing Arts is at the core of the local arts scene. The DISCOVERY Children’s Museum provides entertainment for families, while the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health focuses on medical research. The area also has two city-owned parking garages for easy access, and Vic's, an American/Italian restaurant.

Offering space to live, work, and connect, Symphony Park represents a blend of downtown energy with long-term planning. It remains one of the few premium locations available for mixed-use, retail, and restaurant development in Las Vegas.
