Dina Titus, a U.S. Congress member representing Nevada's 1st District since 2013, has shared her views on various issues through recent social media posts. On March 12, 2025, Titus criticized former President Donald Trump's policies regarding the Department of Education. She stated that "Trump’s outrageous attack on @usedgov will stifle learning, undermine teachers, and cause us to fall further behind in the competitive global marketplace."

She expressed a search for candidates who are dedicated and possess strong communication skills as well as an interest in public service. The tweet read: "The application for Summer 2025 internships in my Washington, DC and Las Vegas offices is open. We are looking for hardworking candidates with great communications skills, a passion for public service, and an interest in serving the people of Nevada’s First District.…"
