Dina Titus, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Nevada's 1st district since 2013, recently shared her perspectives on various issues through a series of tweets. Titus, who succeeded Shelley Berkley and has previously served in the Nevada Senate from 1988 to 2008, highlighted her concerns and activities in Southern Nevada.

On February 16, 2025, Dina Titus expressed her views on national unity during an event she attended. She stated, "I was honored to attend the Black History Month Festival @SpringsPreserve. President Trump is trying to divide our country, but Southern Nevadans stick together and will fight to protect our diverse communities."

Later that day, Titus addressed healthcare concerns related to the GOP budget plan. In a tweet posted at 21:41 UTC on February 16, she noted the potential financial impact on her constituents: "Under the GOP budget plan, the 23,000 people in Nevada’s First District who receive health care coverage under the ACA would see their average premiums go up by $3,690 a year. Working families cannot afford that."

In another post on February 16 at 23:53 UTC, Titus shared insights from a visit to Southern Nevada’s public lands with #TeamTitus. She emphasized the importance of conservation efforts: "On a trip to visit Southern Nevada’s public lands, #TeamTitus saw petroglyphs that were over 3,000 years old! We need to protect our national parks, monuments, and conservation areas to preserve incredible sites like this for future generations."
