On February 14, 2025, Titus remarked on the visit of various Nevada groups to Washington despite challenging weather conditions. On February 15, 2025, Titus attended an open house at Henderson Fire Department Station 87 with her team. She praised the firefighters' dedication to community safety and humorously noted the need for smaller jackets for young recruits present at the event. She emphasized that individuals should not fear accessing essential services due to their immigration status. "I’m supporting legislation to bar ICE from sensitive locations. No one should fear going to school, getting medical treatment, or attending their place of worship because of their immigration status."
