Dina Titus, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Nevada’s 1st district, recently took to social media to express her positions on several legislative matters and community issues. Her tweets highlighted her involvement in disaster relief funding, environmental conservation legislation, and educational initiatives.

On November 19, 2024, Dina Titus announced her leadership role in urging Congress to approve additional funding for FEMA. She stated: "Today I led @TransportDems in calling for Congress to pass supplemental funding for @fema, so they can continue supporting communities impacted by disasters like Hurricane Milton and Helene."

Later that day, she shared news about the progress of her environmental conservation efforts. She mentioned: "A Senate Committee once again passed my legislation to protect water access and enhance environmental conservation in Southern NV. Now @NatResources & @NRDems in the House need to get moving and do the same."

Additionally, during American Education Week on November 19, 2024, Titus celebrated educators within her community. She tweeted: "This #AmericanEducationWeek, let’s show appreciation for the amazing educators in our community like Scott Otter. Scott is a standout @ClarkCountySch teacher that my office recently nominated to attend a @CapitolHistory civics workshop with leaders from across the country."
