Las Vegas offers top parks for basketball, tennis, and pickleball enthusiasts

Discover the top parks in Las Vegas for outdoor sports enthusiasts. The city offers a range of facilities for basketball, tennis, and pickleball players.

For basketball fans, several parks provide excellent courts suitable for pick-up games or casual practice. Notable locations include Children's Memorial Park, Douglas Selby Park, Durango Hills Park, and Kianga Isoke Palacio Park at the Doolittle Complex. Other options are Ed Fountain Park, Ernest & Betty Becker Family Technology and Recreation Park, and Gary Reese Freedom Park among others. Police Memorial Park is currently closed for remodeling until June 2025.

Tennis players can find quality courts at various city parks. These include All-American Park, Angel Park, Bruce Trent Park, Lorenzi Park Tennis Courts, and Mountain Ridge Park. The Darling Tennis Center at Kellogg Zaher Sports Complex is also available along with several other parks.

Pickleball has been gaining popularity in Las Vegas with dedicated courts across the city. Aloha Shores Park and Bill Briare Family Park offer pickleball facilities alongside Centennial Hills Park and Durango Hills Pickleball Complex. Police Memorial Park will reopen its courts in June 2025 while W. Wayne Bunker Family Park plans to add 25 new courts by 2026.

Las Vegas continues to support outdoor sports through these diverse facilities catering to various preferences.
