Downtown Las Vegas offers a unique blend of entertainment, food, and drinks, with some venues hidden from plain sight. Among these are several speakeasies that provide visitors with distinct experiences.

The Underground Speakeasy and Distillery is located within the Mob Museum. It transports guests to the prohibition era, offering not just a menu but an immersive experience into the Roaring Twenties. The venue features exhibits on flappers, jazz musicians, and gangsters, along with weekly live music. Entry requires a daily password available on their website.

Another hidden gem is The Laundry Room inside Commonwealth Bar. This speakeasy exudes 1920s and 1930s charm with dim lighting and piano music. With only 22 seats available, it promises an intimate setting where cocktails are crafted to personal tastes. Reservations are essential due to its limited capacity.

Mike Morey's Sip 'N' Tip is located near Fremont Street Experience in an alley by Downtown Cocktail Room. Access involves ringing a bell—a classic speakeasy feature—and entering a space adorned with Polaroids of past patrons. The bar's atmosphere includes cozy booths and soft lighting.

SEVEN:45 caters to R&B enthusiasts in the Arts District. To enter, patrons walk through a hallway lined with photos of R&B legends before reaching the secret door. Inspired by Janet Jackson's "Twisted Elegance," this venue provides a micro-lounge experience for up to 40 guests, making reservations advisable though walk-ins are welcome if space permits.
