City of Las Vegas recently issued the following announcement.

The city of Las Vegas, Clark County, city of Henderson, city of North Las Vegas and the Southern Nevada Health District have combined efforts to host the 2021 Regional Mobile Food Compliance and Safety Expo Thursday, Dec. 2, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Cashman Center, 850 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

    The event will provide a one-stop shop for mobile food businesses to get inspections, obtain licensing, attend safety workshops and more. Services at the event will include:

• On-site business license processing and information
• On-site fire and safety inspections,
• Nevada Board for the Regulation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas inspections
• Southern Nevada Health District consultations

    The event also will feature vendors, including food truck builders and suppliers. All participants should use the Washington Avenue entrance.
