Young Men Of Color Leadership Conference

Registration Now Open For Free Event To Be Held At UNLV Oct. 9

Registration is now open for the inaugural Young Men of Color Leadership Conference scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at UNLV.

The free event, which is open to all ethnicities, will begin at the University of Nevada Las Vegas Student Union, and those interested can register at https://mbkyoungmensconference.eventbrite.com/.

The conference is a partnership between the Las Vegas My Brother’s Keeper Alliance, UNLV, the Clark County School District, Clark County and the city of Las Vegas.

The conference will bring together highly accomplished professionals from throughout Las Vegas and around the country to inspire, motivate and empower teenagers. Speakers include actor/producer Caleeb Pinkett, chef Jeff Henderson, former National Football League player Jay Barnett and educator/advocate Akbar Cook.
