On April 3, 2025, Titus addressed concerns over the potential cancellation of NEH grants affecting museums and libraries nationwide. She stated, "Hands off of our museums and libraries @DOGE! There have already been reports from the past 24 hours of DOGE canceling NEH grants for state programs across the country. I will continue fighting to ensure that our critical institutions of historical and cultural preservation are".
In another update the same day, Titus reported on the opening of a new health center in North Las Vegas. Later, on April 3, 2025, Titus commended the Nevada Attorney General's decision to oppose the termination of significant public health grants. Her post stated, "I applaud @NevadaAG for joining a coalition of attorneys general from 23 states in standing up against @SecKennedy’s decision to terminate nearly $12 billion in public health grants. Protecting public health should be a top priority, not endangering it."
