Westside Education and Training Center

The city is seeking qualified firms or individuals to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the design of the WESTSIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING CENTER.
The City of Las Vegas and the College of Southern Nevada have teamed together to design and construct an education and training center in the City’s Ward 5 area. Creation of this training center is a multi-phase project.
Phase II of the project is to provide a new approximately 10,000 SF facility which will house a healthcare laboratory, conference rooms, computer laboratory, and offices. In addition, the facility shall include vocational classrooms for manufacturing and construction, as well as a welding laboratory. Final site layout, including the number and location of buildings will be determined as part of the design process. The project will also consists of landscaping, parking area(s) and a pick-up/drop-off area.
This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefor is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program." Federal Project ID No: 70-79-07620.
Pinto Lane Streetscape Improvements Phase 1 - Shadow Lane to Martin Luther King Boulevard

The city is seeking qualified firms or individuals to submit bids for roadway improvements including full-depth pavement restoration, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, trees, irrigation, streetlights, new watermain, storm drain, undergrounding of overhead facilities on Pinto Lane from Shadow Lane to Martin Luther King Boulevards and ITS and city of Las Vegas fiber conduits along the corridor.
