Lone Mountain CDP home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Lone Mountain CDP rose by $85,500 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $547,500 - a 18.5% increase over the $462,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Lone Mountain CDP in 2016.
