Unincorporated home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Unincorporated rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 1.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 13.7% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Unincorporated in 2016.
