Las Vegas home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Las Vegas rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 1,366 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $181,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,332 homes sold in Las Vegas in March 2016.
