Las Vegas home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Las Vegas rose by $24,100 while total sales increased by 177.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 1,255 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,000 - a 13% increase over the $184,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 452 homes sold in Las Vegas in April 2016.
