Las Vegas home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Las Vegas rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 25.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 1,463 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,167 homes sold in Las Vegas in May 2016.
