Las Vegas home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Las Vegas rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 939 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,000 - a 19.3% increase over the $192,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 974 homes sold in Las Vegas in February 2017.
