Dina Titus, a U.S. Congress member representing Nevada's 1st district, shared her thoughts on several pressing issues through social media posts on January 27, 2025. Her messages addressed International Holocaust Remembrance Day, her legislative approach for the coming years, and a call to reverse certain foreign policy actions from the previous administration.

In a post marking International Holocaust Remembrance Day, Titus emphasized the importance of remembering those who perished in the Holocaust and the ongoing fight against antisemitism. She stated: "Today is International Holocaust Remembrance Day. We must never forget the six million Jewish people and others who were murdered in the Holocaust or stop fighting against antisemitism, hatred, and violence." The tweet was posted at 17:30 UTC.

Later that day at 20:01 UTC, Titus discussed her legislative priorities during an interview with NewsNation. She tweeted about her commitment to compromise on solutions beneficial to Southern Nevada while opposing any measures that could harm her community or democracy. She wrote: "I spoke with @NewsNation about my approach to the next four years. It's simple: I'll compromise on real solutions to support Southern NV; I'll stand up to any attempt to hurt my community or weaken our democracy."

In another tweet at 20:30 UTC, Titus mentioned her collaboration with colleagues from the House Foreign Affairs Committee urging Secretary Rubio to reverse actions taken by former President Trump that they believe undermined the State Department's mission and U.S. global leadership. She noted: "Today my @HouseForeign colleagues and I urged @secrubio to reverse Trump’s actions undermining the @StateDept's mission and U.S. global leadership, including his move to freeze critical foreign aid and remove career foreign and civil service professionals."
