Dina Titus, a long-serving member of the U.S. Congress representing Nevada's 1st district since 2013, has recently shared updates on various initiatives via social media. Known for her previous tenure in the Nevada Senate from 1988 to 2008 and her commitment to public service, Titus highlights several projects and legislative successes in her posts.

On January 24, 2025, Titus discussed ongoing improvements to Maryland Parkway. She emphasized her role in securing $149 million for enhancements aimed at expanding transit services. The project will also improve bus shelters, add shared bus-bike lanes, widen sidewalks, and enhance lighting and landscaping. "Maryland Parkway improvements continue. I’m proud to have secured $149M for this project which will expand transit service, enhance bus shelters, add shared bus-bike lines, create wider sidewalks, and improve lighting and landscaping."

Later that day, Titus turned her attention to education reform on International Day of Education. She underscored her commitment to building an equitable and accessible education system that enables all students to reach their potential. "Education opens doors. I am working to build a more equitable, accessible education system so all students can reach their potential."

In another post from January 24th, she celebrated the enactment of the Social Security Fairness Act—legislation she cosponsored—which aims to benefit Nevada's public service workers.
