The Neon City Festival is set to take place from November 22-24 at the Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas. This event is a free, all-ages celebration featuring music, food, and art. Attendees can look forward to performances by artists such as Alison Wonderland, Neon Trees, The All-American Rejects, Russell Dickerson, and Seven Lions.

In addition to musical acts, the festival will offer a variety of food options and interactive art installations. A highlight includes mind-bending 3D graphics displayed on the Fremont Street Experience Viva Vision screen.

For those planning to attend, there are some guidelines regarding items allowed on site. Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags not exceeding 12x6x12 inches are permitted. Additionally, one-gallon plastic freezer bags and small clutch bags with maximum dimensions of 4.5x6.5 inches are allowed.

Certain items are prohibited at the festival including illegal substances and paraphernalia, weapons (real or fake), strollers, wagons or chairs, coolers, costume masks, club colors, glass or aluminum containers, radios and bullhorns.

Items that attendees may bring include vapes, e-cigarettes and cigarettes; non-professional cameras; festival attire; portable phone chargers; and hand sanitizer.
