Commerce Street in the 18b Las Vegas Arts District has become a vibrant hub for diverse shopping experiences. From home goods to custom body art, this area offers a variety of unique stores.

Spilled Milk is the district's sole home décor shop, offering items that aim to be "not boring for the modern home." The store features accent chairs, cabinets, and uncommon wall art. It also includes sculpted pieces from London-based designer Abigail Ahern and exclusive items from local potter Stuck on Pottery.

Alt Rebel specializes in vintage clothing, dealing in everything from tees to dresses and athletic wear. Its Sin Amor Studio provides an immersive shopping experience with luxury vintage fashions, art, custom clothing, and accessories.

Nightmare Toys caters to horror film enthusiasts with collectibles such as costumes, masks, board games, action figures, t-shirts, VHS/DVDs, and backpacks. The store hosts autograph signings with iconic horror film stars.

La Linea is a private piercing and tattoo studio operating by appointment only. It offers body piercing services along with custom tattooing and selections of implant-grade and solid gold jewelry.

Akin Cooperative functions as a lifestyle boutique co-op where about 30 local merchants sell their products. Offerings include clothing, décor, jewelry, art, and body care products. Additionally, there is a bar serving natural wines and craft beers.
