A new eatery has opened in the 18B Las Vegas Arts District. District Deli and Coffee offers an extensive menu that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner items as well as specialty coffees.

“We like to cater to the locals and shift workers," said owner Jason Martin. "Anyone working as bartenders or on Fremont, their day doesn’t usually run 9 to 5 so we service that industry too.”

The selection features a variety of sandwiches, smoothies, and specialty coffees available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of the week.

Some items include a croissant turkey and scrambled egg sandwich and a breakfast focaccia with scrambled eggs, feta cheese, sautéed spinach, roasted peppers, and homemade pesto. Their toasts feature options such as almond butter with banana and local honey or smoked salmon on homemade bread.

Lunch offerings include the steakhouse sandwich with sliced flank steak, cracked pepper goat cheese, balsamic red onions, bitter greens, and horseradish sauce.

Located at 1504 S. Main St., the deli can be found under the big white awning.
