On Aug. 22, 2024, Jeremy Aguero of Applied Analysis delivered the keynote presentation at the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance's (LVGEA) annual Las Vegas Perspective event to nearly 1,000 business leaders and influencers. Aguero’s presentation addressed housing, healthcare, education, and tourism, highlighting the challenges and opportunities in each sector.
“Southern Nevada is a community geared for growth. It turns out, it’s not who you know that determines economic success, but rather collaborations and integration,” Aguero said. “The diversity of our community is leading to prosperity and options for the folks who are here. We are either going to invest in the community that we want or we will pay for the community that we get. It is clear that we are not the upstart; we are not the underdog; it is time for our community to be the leader.”
The presentation covered several topics including housing, healthcare, education, economic diversification, and tourism.
