Housing an unrivaled collection of punk rock artifacts, The Punk Rock Museum in downtown Las Vegas is a 12,000-square-foot destination. Founded by Fat Mike, best known for helming L.A. punk group NOFX and the label Fat Wreck Chords, the museum is also backed by famous rocker investors such as Germs, Foo Fighters guitarist Pat Smear, Warped Tour creator Kevin Lyman, and skateboarder Tony Hawk.
Since its opening in March 2023, the museum has become a mecca for hardcore fans of the music genre and a point of interest for those who are curious. Celebrating the impact of punk rock, the museum features an ever-expanding display of instruments, rare photos, interactive experiences, posters, concert memorabilia, clothing, and other personal items.
There’s a jam room where visitors can play guitars used by artists from Rise Against, NOFX, Pennywise, Sick of it All, Strung Out and more. Additionally, visitors can get a tattoo at “The Shop” and hang out at the Triple Down bar. The museum also offers wedding services with receptions to follow.
The Punk Rock Museum is located at 1422 Western Ave and features guided tours hosted by famous rockers along with numerous special events throughout the year. For more information visit The Punk Rock Museum.
