Two entrepreneurial sisters in Las Vegas have opened a new family-owned restaurant specializing in broasted chicken. Located at 9750 W. Skye Canyon Park Drive in the Skye Canyon Marketplace, Two Sisters Broasted Chicken & Ribs is the brainchild of Stacy and Robin Vincente.
Following the success of their pizzeria, Streets of New York, the Vincente sisters decided to expand their culinary offerings by opening Two Sisters in June 2023. The restaurant features broasted chicken, which is prepared by frying chicken in a pressure cooker. The process involves seasoning and marinating the chicken for at least 12 hours before it undergoes pressure frying for approximately 12 minutes. This method results in a crunchy coating and moist, juicy meat inside.
In addition to broasted chicken, Two Sisters offers a variety of other dishes including smoked pork loin spareribs, brisket, pulled pork, catfish, Polish smoked sausage, sandwiches, and side orders such as broasted potato wedges, mac ‘n cheese, garlic Texas toast, and bar-be-que beans.
