Open for Business: Pinspiration

Pinspiration

City of Las Vegas issued the following announcement on October 22.

If you’ve ever fallen down the Pinterest rabbit hole, there is a new business in town that you will definitely want to visit. Pinspiration Las Vegas opened just few months ago on West Lake Mead Boulevard and Tenaya Way. It’s where your inner artist can come to life…or where your Pinterest “fails” turn into Pinterest “wins.”

Owner Kris Cesena took the opportunity to open this business and says they offer all sort of activities. “I’m in love with the wood-shaped cutouts, so we have a lot of wood shapes they can customize…all sorts of different paints and our free embellishment bar, canvas painting and soy candles,” Cesena said.  “We do glass painting, ceramic mugs and kids’ craft. We have something for everyone.”

Pinspiration has an abundance of the tools and materials, and there is zero cleanup on your part. Their most popular activity, however, is their splatter room. Here’s how it works. You and your group will be suited up with protective gear. With a canvas size of your choice, you go into the room and let it rip. Pick up that paint brush and let your creativity flow! You quite literally splatter paint on your canvas, and maybe a little on your partner. There is even a glow-in-the-dark option that is extremely popular with guests. When you are done, you get to take your masterpiece home. You don’t have to worry about any mess left behind, and the paint is completely washable.

Pinspiration also hosts birthday parties and team-building events, and offers small bites, beer and wine.

According to Cesena, it is best to call ahead to make a reservation or make one online. Pinspiration is open starting at noon Tuesday through Sunday. You can find more information at www.pinspiration.com/locations/lasvegas/, or give them a call at 702.478.6482.
