Clark County Provides Multiple Halloween Event Opportunities Throughout October

Halloween

Clark City recently issued the following announcement.

Starting October 8, Clark County will provide Halloween events for all ages at neighborhood recreation centers throughout October.  Many events are free; however, there are some with nominal fees that require pre-registration.  Visit www.ClarkCountyNV.gov/parks for more information.

Events include:

  • Senior Halloween Paint Party, $10 per person, includes professional instruction, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on October 8, Whitney Senior Center, 5712 East Missouri Ave.
  • Movie in the Park “Scoob!,” Free, 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on October 8, Bob Price Park 2050 Bonnie Lane.
  • Teen Ghost Hunting 101, $1 per person, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 15, Whitney Recreation Center, 5712 East Missouri Ave.
  • Senior Pumpkin Carving, $5 per pumpkin, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on October 18, Whitney Senior Center, 5712 East Missouri Ave.
  • Pumpkin Carving, $5 per person, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on October 20, Dr. William U. Pearson Community Center, 1625 West Carey.
  • Trunk or Treat and Movie in the Park, Free, 5 p.m., movie starts at 7:30 p.m., on October 21, Spirit Mountain Activity Center, Laughlin, NV.
  • Park after Dark, Free 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on October 22, Helen Meyer Community Center, 4525 New Forest Drive.
  • Movie in the Park “Hocus Pocus,” Free, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 22, Francis H. Cortney Junior High School, 5301 East Hacienda Avenue.
  • Walnut’s Wicked Fest, Free, 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on October 26, Walnut Recreation Center, 3075 North Walnut Road.
  • Hallow Harvest Festival, Free, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on October 28, Robert E. Price Recreation Center, 2050 Bonnie Lane.
  • Hall-O Breeze, $5 per person, children three and under are Free, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on October 28, Desert Breeze Community Center, 8275 Spring Mountain Road.
  • Trunk or Treat, Free, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 28, Paradise Recreation Center, 4775 South McLeod.
  • Trunk or Treat, Free, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 28, Silver Bowl Park 6800 E. Russell Road.
  • Trunk & Treat Movie in the Park, Free, 5 p.m., movie starts at 7:30 p.m., October 28, Searchlight Community Park, 200 Michael Wendell Way, Searchlight, NV.
  • Murder Mystery, $12 per person, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on October 28, West Flamingo Senior Center.
  • Boo Bridge, Free, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on October 28, Cambridge Recreation Center, 3930 Cambridge Street.
  • Haunt the Wetlands, $5 per person, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 29, Clark County Wetlands Park, 7050 Wetlands Park Lane.
  • Whitney’s Halloween Dance Party, Free, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on October 30, Whitney Recreation Center, 5712 East Missouri Ave.
  • Spooky Springs, Adults $5 per person, Children $4 per person, Seniors $3 person, 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on October 30, Aquatic Springs Indoor Pool.
  • Monster Mash and Movie Bash, Free, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 30, Lewis Family Park, 1970 Tree Line Drive.
  • Halloween Safe Night, Free, $1 per person charges for a haunted house and laser tag, 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on October 31, Dr. William U. Pearson Community Center, 1625 West Carey.
  • Tales from the Dales, Free, 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 31, Parkdale Recreation Center, 3200 Ferndale Street.
