Lone Mountain CDP home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Lone Mountain CDP rose by $82,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $547,500 - a 17.7% increase over the $465,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lone Mountain CDP in the first half of 2016.
