Lone Mountain CDP home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Lone Mountain CDP rose by $400,389 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $862,389 - a 86.7% increase over the $462,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lone Mountain CDP in the second half of 2016.
