Las Vegas home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Las Vegas rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 3,343 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,210 homes sold in Las Vegas in the first quarter of 2016.
