Las Vegas home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Las Vegas rose by $23,000 while total sales increased by 40.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 4,256 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,000 - a 12.2% increase over the $189,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,032 homes sold in Las Vegas in the second quarter of 2016.
