Las Vegas home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Las Vegas rose by $33,791 while total sales decreased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 3,480 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 17.7% increase over the $191,209 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,589 homes sold in Las Vegas in the fourth quarter of 2016.
