Sunrise Manor CDP home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Sunrise Manor CDP rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 10.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 923 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,032 homes sold in Sunrise Manor CDP in the second quarter of 2017.
