Lone Mountain CDP home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Lone Mountain CDP rose by $24,944 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $544,894 - a 4.8% increase over the $519,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lone Mountain CDP in the first quarter of 2017.
