Las Vegas home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Las Vegas rose by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 4,004 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 15.6% increase over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 4,256 homes sold in Las Vegas in the second quarter of 2017.
