Unincorporated home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Unincorporated fell by $5,050 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $304,950 - a 1.6% decrease over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Unincorporated in April 2016.
