The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Sunrise Manor CDP rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 360 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 288 homes sold in Sunrise Manor CDP in May 2016.
