The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Sunrise Manor CDP rose by $24,400 while total sales increased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 321 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 17.4% increase over the $140,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 300 homes sold in Sunrise Manor CDP in July 2016.
