The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Sunrise Manor CDP rose by $16,850 while total sales decreased by 28.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 194 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,850 - a 11.6% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 272 homes sold in Sunrise Manor CDP in February 2017.
