Unincorporated home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Unincorporated rose by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,000 - a 11% increase over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Unincorporated in February 2017.
