Las Vegas home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Las Vegas rose by $37,500 while total sales increased by 3.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 1,459 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,500 - a 17.4% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,410 homes sold in Las Vegas in August 2017.
