Titus called for legislative action on gun control measures: "Firearms are a leading cause of childhood death in the U.S. That’s unacceptable. We need to pass commonsense gun safety measures like my bill to ban bump stocks."

In another tweet posted on November 18, Titus noted an important development regarding healthcare access for DACA recipients under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). She informed about open enrollment and its significance: "For the first time, DACA recipients qualify for health insurance through the ACA. Enrollment is open now through 1/15."
