Pawn Stars' Harrison: ‘My son died this year from fentanyl’ and Biden-Harris Administration is partly to blame

The star of the show "Pawn Stars" said that the Biden-Harris Administration is at least partly to blame for his son’s death from the drug fentanyl. 

“My son died this year from fentanyl,” said Rick Harrison, co-owner of the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, Nev., and a star of the History Channel's reality TV series "Pawn Stars." “There’s a lot of blame to go around, but part of the blame is the Biden Administration.”  

“They’re letting it into this country,” he said. “Why they’re letting it into this country, I have no idea.”

Harrison’s remarks came at a rally in Las Vegas on Sept. 13, 2024 featuring former President Donald Trump.

Adam Harrison, 39, Rick’s son, died from a fentanyl overdose, reported NBC Philadelphia on Jan. 25. 

Rick endorsed endorsed Trump at the Las Vegas rally, saying, “What’s the best thing for this country is Donald Trump.”

Harrison is an American businessman and reality television personality, best known as a co-owner of the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, Nevada, and a star of the History Channel's reality TV series "Pawn Stars." Born on March 22, 1965, he co-founded the pawn shop with his father, Richard "Old Man" Harrison, in 1989. The shop gained widespread fame after the show premiered in 2009, showcasing the daily interactions with customers, historical items, and the negotiation skills of Rick and his team. Beyond his role on television, Harrison is known for his expertise in historical artifacts and collectibles.
