Of the 2,228,866 people living in Clark County in 2020, 50.1 percent (1,117,189) were women and 49.9 percent (1,111,677) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Las Vegas City Wire.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 6,327. In the 65 and over age range, there were 176,366 females and 153,811 males.
