Las Vegas home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Las Vegas rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 0.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 3,332 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,000 - a 19% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,343 homes sold in Las Vegas in the first quarter of 2017.
