Unincorporated home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Unincorporated rose by $55,750 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,500 - a 20.9% increase over the $266,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Unincorporated in May 2016.
