Las Vegas home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Las Vegas rose by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 996 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 17.4% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,003 homes sold in Las Vegas in January 2017.
