Unincorporated home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Unincorporated rose by $8,150 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $294,150 - a 2.8% increase over the $286,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Unincorporated in August 2017.
