On Sunday, March 9, former Shadow Ridge High School standout Austin Lynn’s current college team, the Emporia State Hornets, won 18-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Maryville Saints.
The game took place at Weber Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Saints this season.
The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 3 p.m. at Glennen Field against Pittsburg State Gorillas.
