ShareDOWNTOWN has commenced construction on its third residential apartment community, set to open in 2026. This new development is located at the northeast corner of D and Jefferson streets in the Historic Westside neighborhood.
The apartment brand, initiated by Cherry Development, aims to provide more housing options in downtown Las Vegas while fostering a connected community among residents. The first building opened in the 18b Las Vegas Arts District with 63 units in 2020, followed by a second location with 84 units in Fremont East in 2023.
The upcoming ShareDOWNTOWN Westside will be a five-story structure offering 104 residential units. It includes over 8,400 square feet of ground-floor retail space, much of which will be used by the city for a business incubator program. Additionally, an adjacent market hall of 6,200 square feet will support startup food and beverage businesses.
Consistent with previous projects, this site will feature local artworks and items salvaged from the New Jerusalem Church that once stood there. The apartments will have nearly 500 square feet each and modern design elements. Shared amenities include an open-air courtyard and "the HQ," a workspace equipped with a private conference room and wireless printer/scanner. Enhanced security features are also part of the plan.
